Our service includes pre vacuuming of all carpet/edges, pretreat carpet for all oil and water base spots, includes sanitizer and deodorizer, pre scrub if needed, extract with a van powered cleaning unit (6.0 motor 341 horse power) neutralizing rinse, and fast dry.

Quoting a price over the phone for carpet cleaning is tough, because there are so many factors to consider. The things we have to consider in pricing our services are carpet type, carpet age, cleaning maintenance schedule, soil types, and furniture moving.

With a few questions answered, an address, and an email for confirmation, an estimated cost can usually be provided by phone(no guarantee on price until job is seen). An onsite estimate/inspection is available for $90.00.

The most important thing to consider when choosing a carpet cleaning company is the quality and experience of service. Mission Floor Care offers a 30 day guarantee on services and guarantees clean carpet and quick dry time.

Residential/occupied prices start at $280.00(2 hour service) for 3-4 areas with a 600 sq/ft max. Call for details. 

Rental/home move outs prices start at $225.00(1.5 hour service) for 3-4 areas with a 550 sq/ft max. Call for details.

Service area is city limits of Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Oceano, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo

Los Osos and Morro Bay +$60.00 to cover travel time and expense.

Jobs that have gone extended time (3 years) usually require more time at additional charges. 

Each additional rooms/areas are billed at sq/ft pricing. Some restrictions apply. Minimum applies.

Prices are based on $.40 sq/ft for empty and $.47 sq/ft for occupied. $4.00 per staircase step.  Pet problems require onsite inspection.

Pet problems add on treatments starting at +150.00

Commercial buildings prices start at 400.00 for up to the first 1300 sq/ft(measured wall to wall), additional area billed by sq/ft.

$90.00 fee for onsite estimates & pet stain inspections.  Estimates are valid for 15 days. 

$90.00 fee per return visits to move/reset furniture/remove blocks(if needed). 

Pet stains, restoration cleaning, construction debris, excessive pet hair, etc. take more time/extra visits and will billed accordingly.

Every job is unique and prices will vary. Pricing will be discussed prior to every job, including discounts or add ons. No guarantee on pet stains.

CARPET TYPE AND STYLE

Certain carpets clean better than others. Some are made to only last 5 years and don't respond well to cleaning at all. The newer  polyester (PET) and triextia (PTT), that sells by many names do not hold up as well as carpet made years ago. The newer style withstands staining better; however, it gives up some fiber retention that leads to "tip bloom" and can appear dull or grayish in the traffic paths. Nylon carpet will clean up better and quicker than olefin and polyester. some carpets will need to be pre/scrubbed and pretreated twice. Carpet cleaning does not return aged carpet to new condition.

​AGE AND QUALITY OF CARPET

Age and quality of carpet needs to be considered to determine to cleaning results. If the carpet been cleaned yearly, it will clean better and quicker than a carpet that has not been maintained yearly. A carpet with a 15 year warranty will look better at 8 years than a carpet with a 10 year warranty at 8 years. The newer carpets with a 5 year warranty may not clean well at 3 years.
